How is this different from design-only support?
Design-only support can be a good fit when the content is settled. S&F also works on the information itself: what belongs, how the argument develops and what the reader needs to understand. Structure, writing and visual communication sit within one agreed scope.
How do I choose between POLISH and BUILD?
Choose POLISH when the thinking and core content are complete. BUILD suits material that still needs selection, a narrative or substantial writing. If you are unsure, send a short description and we will recommend a scope.
What affects the price and turnaround?
Source volume, the level of rewriting, deliverable length, visual complexity and deadline. Timing is confirmed after reviewing the material; starting prices are not fixed quotes for every project.
What counts as a revision round?
One consolidated set of feedback on the agreed deliverable. Two rounds are included in the agreed scope. A new audience, new deliverable or substantial new source material may require a revised scope.
Which files will I receive?
Final PDFs and the agreed editable source files, such as PowerPoint or Word. Formats, charts and any specialist editing requirements are confirmed before production begins.
Can you work confidentially and under my brand?
Yes. NDA-supported and white-label engagements are available. Handling arrangements are agreed before sensitive material is shared. Client work is not published without permission.
How does AI fit into the work?
AI-assisted production can support the workflow. Editorial judgement, source checking and review remain part of the work. Any restrictions on AI tools or sensitive material should be agreed in the scope before files are shared.
Who checks specialist accuracy?
You retain responsibility for subject-matter accuracy and final technical sign-off. S&F handles structure, writing, design and editorial quality. Technical validation, legal review, primary research and financial modelling need a separately agreed scope.
How are payments arranged?
The current project arrangement is 50% to start, with the balance due before editable files are released. Partnership schedules and any different terms are agreed in the written scope.
